Great Place to Start Your Advertising Career

Vacation time is generous and flexible, and the company covers transportation, pays for Friday lunches, and the kitchen is always stocked with food & snacks. As a smaller company, each employee has several different roles, so it's a great place to learn new software, gain new skills, and really dive into the world of video advertising. The company pays for occasional team outings and dinners. Each team in the company is very close-knit, which makes coming into work every day enjoyable. The team is young and the atmosphere is very laid-back. Hours are flexible as long as your work gets done. At the end of the day, you get what you put in. If you work hard and have a good attitude, you will learn a lot and have a great experience.

Compensation could be much more competitive, and there are no 401K or insurance benefits. Frequent turnover (as is normal with small young companies) can hurt team morale. A lot of work leads to occasional late nights, making work/life balance tricky.

Understand the work your employees are putting in and value them accordingly. Avoid overworking or overwhelming employees, as current compensation is not very competitive and stress can take its toll. One of the best and most unique things about GV is its company culture, so make sure to keep it up!
