Management was horrible, 0 room for growth. You had to kiss upper managements butt to go ANYWHERE in that company. 0 flexibility on scheduling even though the company is open 24/7. Always guilting employees into working overtime. Always stating it was optional but they would harass until you signed up. Headquarters office was DISGUSTING.

Their call center was poorly organized and there was too much favoritism involved. If you were not a favorite to the company or did not know anyone from upper management there was no chance of growth.

good learning experience
|
I had a good experience time there. I learned how to communicate with clients through the phone something I have never done before. Also when I needed time off because of school they fixed my schedule to fit my needs. The first thing I would do to start my day at Global Cash Card was to clock in and log into my page to receive calls. My goal was to answer as many calls I could in my eight hour shift. I also learned not to keep the client on hold for more than 50 seconds at a time.

To many irate clients for low wages

Good people to work with. But permanent desk to sit at. Various offices on a single floor with desks squeezed in. Some reps were very loud. Promotions & opportunity based on who you know.
Free lunches a plus. But some people were very sloppy. Causing bugs to creep around.
