Amazing colleagues, but more transparency in decision-making and salaries is needed.

The best part of working at GFW was getting to work and learn alongside amazing feminist activists as colleagues, and learning about the groundbreaking work of the grantee groups.

There was often a lack of transparent communication about how decisions were being made. In some cases, people doing the same work in the same positions were not equally compensated.
