I have been an employee for a year now and it is the best company I have worked for so far, the job is demanding and there is preasure, but the good kind of preasure. My manager Branislav is always encouraging us to be the best we can and pushing us to give the best of ourselves but he is also giving the best of him. all the cooworkers are always willing to help eachother, the working enviroment is great.

Well, EVERYTHING else..... From top bottom, lack of process, lack of organization, micromanagement is an understatement, no room for growth, no respect, I honestly feel bad for most genuine people who work there.
