Terrible Company
|
Set unrealistic bonus structure and even when it was attained, found ways to not pay it out. Terrible management. High turnover. Expected to lie to get client to become members, then lie to member on travel options, then ignored calls from angry customers leaving sales reps to have to do it. Had a known criminal of credit card fraud processing customer payments by giving credit card information.

Decent place if you can ignore ethics
|
As the receptionist, I had a room to myself with the door to the rest of the office closed. As such there was not much interaction. There were a lot of angry customers who threatened to come and shoot us up. Management did not care, just gave us duties to make them more money so they could take vacations to Hawaii and such. The culture was cut-throat-everyone out for themselves and it wasn't that pleasant of a place to work. The hardest part was dealing with the angry customers, but the most enjoyable were the friends I made.

I am an independent employment, I work for myself. I would set up travel plans for clients all over the world. They would call me with a trip plan it could be for two or up to 100 people I would make sure they have there hotel, airfare and any activities they would like to plan.
