Training on the product is the only saving grace (if Shelley is still there). Absolutely horrible culture. They ask inappropriate and personal information during the interview. That should be your first red flag. They ask questions to get indication of whether or not you are lonely enough or have outside commitments to slave over the job. Then, they shove you into a small cubicle space (even managers, who should have an office). The pay is cheap, so come expecting experience over pay. Cameras are everywhere! They do not trust their employees and have cameras and sound in their glass cage of a break room! They will tell you that it is for security of data, but the VP and CEO spy on you... Notice a pattern in the 5.0 reviews on Glassdoor? Wording and number of years worked is changed, but someone is repeatedly leaving them to mislead you! Bad Management and Development: - Management do not listen to employee’s feedback and suggestion during annual review (or any other time). Same problems keep repeating until you decide to quit the company. Sometimes they make decision beneficial to them without consulting the team. - Useless HR who are always need to get other manager involvement for every small matters and push responsibility to others. What she did was chit chat with others during working hours. - Never-ending self-study on 'Machine Learning' knowledge via online outside of working hours. Not allowed to study during working hours due to customer projects’ time constraint. Sacrifice quality time with family and friends. Bad Employee Benefits: - No marriage/paternity/Bereavement Leave. Most exciting part: Best scorer gets EXAM BONUS. - You are given FREEDOM to buy your own benefits. They converted most of the benefits provided by other companies out there to cash and included them in your salary. The reason for you to wear formal is to maintain your professionalism.
