Company offers cool benefits, corporate parties and trips etc. Provided good training. I found my department manager and department colleagues very helpful and supporting, it was great to work as a team.

Hard to obtain a raise. Long working houres. Depending on the position - lots of business travel. Demanding workplace. Lack of time for additional developement beside the obligatory trainings.
