Incredible, younger teams. Everyone is so fun to hang out with and to collaborate with each day. Great hybrid work environment. Amazing espresso machine, free snacks. My boss is always understanding and flexible, and thought there are high expectations everything feels reasonable. Generous time off, extra collective PTO, great parental leave policy compared to most American companies. Still has that "start-up" vibe - though it's becoming more corporate and focused on profit, it still feels like each persons contributions make a huge impact.

You have to get your work done. Absolutely no room for slacking. It's fast paced, and emotions can run high (but everyone works hard to always be professional).

Continue to do the work on diversity and inclusion. This used to be a big area of needed improvement for Glossier, but has become pretty great --- but there is no room to let that progress slip. Both internally (promoting Black / POC talent from within), as well as externally (continuing to make marketing efforts and product development more inclusive)

The senior leaders don't mimic the company values. They are unfair, mean and act like bullies. They will lie just to make themselves look good. They fire people without good reasons. No self awareness of how they treat other. They think it is ok to yell at them, talk down on them and embarass them. Multiple employees that no longer work there have similar experiences. So it is not just one employee. Do not care about family worklife.
