To those who've said their customer support is bad, I haven't had that experience at all! They literally responded to my email (which was only about positive feedback) within 5 minutes! I thought it was automated but it was an actual human response! Besides that, this was my very first time purchasing shoes through this app. I got 2 pair and couldn't be anymore satisfied with the shipping, the quality/condition of the shoes, and the prices. I'm blown away & I do plan to order more from them in the future. Support &+ protect this app at all costs! Truly the GOAT.

These con artists will say the shoes you are buying are “new” - when you receive them they will have visible defects. “Refunds” will be minus shipping costs and sometimes minus taxes and other costs the customer already paid - and they will be issued as CREDITS - not actual money. If you need help via a support request, good luck - you may never get a response.
This company is dishonest and won’t help if you run into an issue, which you likely will based on my experience.

I or all pair of $200 shoes, and I typed in my address wrong and then it didn’t send me an email till two hours later after I order them, then I saw that I entered the address wrong then I went to try to change the address and it said I couldn’t change the address and it took them my money and I was not able to get the refund because it shipped it to the wrong house. So a random house got my pair of shoes for free and I lost $200 because I wasn’t able to change the address. Also the app does not tell you when your shoes will come so they could come in 4 months.
