Dead end job, not the sneaker company you have in mind
|
Spent 2 years here at GOAT, never got a raise. Management will always have some kind of excuse. Company CEO obviously plays favorites on who’s is management, you will obviously know what i’m talking about once you get there. The job is simple labor with no kind of culture. I felt like i wasted my time here. You will come out of there not learning or benefiting your life or resume in a way or form. They offer free lunch but don’t get excited yet, it’s your typical no seasoned lunch and most is vegan, dry or still blood on it. Most people end up just ordering food or buying from fast food places near by. One last thing also, HR will not care about you and will always side with management.

Overall great experience and hardwork. Must be prepared to act fast and think smart when something doesn't go according to plan. Never let another crew member do heavy lifting alone. Most importantly do not ever be late or call in too late unless emergency.

Fun workplace great management

I worked at the Gahanna location and the manager was great. Staff is great, location is nice, free gym and pool access. Not the best pay for cooks but its a job and they'll treat you right.

The most time consuming thing about this job is going to buy the shoes it’s not something that takes a lot of time. I wouldn’t even say it’s a part time thing. It’s all done fairly quickly. I barley spend any time with these tasks.

Management is terrible
|
There's lots of favoritism. They need to train their managers. Always had me working harder than the rest. Some few bad apples. I saw how people that worked there for a few years never got a chance for opportunities to grow. You were stuck doing the same thing everyday.
