What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff is very nice and helpful they work with you there like family but they closed down or I would still be there

It was so cold it take some time to get used to

Yes it is I think it was great

I worked in the back so I was always at a different level then everyone else but it was still not hard work a lot of team work

If you're looking to work at a place that doesn't drug test you or give you a background check before you start then this is the place for you. If you're like me and you don't worry about those kind of things then unfortunately you're going to be working with a lot of people that applied for the job because of those things.
The individual in charge of my department had zero leadership and was a registered offender. You will be made to feel like a burden for asking a question. Making a positive impact on your department is something that is not appreciated. Heartless management that creates a toxic work environment with favoritism that will take your breath away.

It used to be a fun place to work but after the pandemic, it was a place I didn’t even recognize any more. I’d say if you were going to work there definitely make sure you have.

Favoritism & Management that doesn't know how to lead

Not a hard job but management makes it hard to work there due to their lack of experience. There were a lot of issues getting the production done and instead of giving employees the proper training they would get the employees in trouble. No empathy towards employees whatsoever.

If you aren't in click with the office people you won't make it. A lot of favoritism. I got fired for 6 points. 2 half points for leaving 3 min early.Another had 8 pts got only suspended. Another has over 20 and gets 30 day probation
|
Pay is descent. Work is not hard
