I loved my work with students. The administration was sometimes quite difficult to deal with. That was the hardest part of the job. Working with students was the most enjoyable part. Goddard College is based in Plainfield, Vermont, and operates according to a low-residency model. Dependent on enrollments to stay in business, the college has to admit nearly every applicant, which reduces the quality of students and incentivizes faculty to confer degrees to all students regardless of academic achievement. Their environment is well kept, and beautiful. No matter the position you can find some sort of work to be done.
