Changes need to be made from the top. Employees don’t speak up because afraid of the repercussion. No HR manager for employees to go to. HR in place are administrators. Managers do not speak up with the executive team because they are afraid of losing their job. President is not approachable. Employees hear the negatives of what they done and when they do something great, management takes the credit. Benefits change yearly and employees contribution is high.
