Absolute joke
|
Treated like a medieval peasant living on the monarch lands of a careless ruler. No respect whatsoever for staffing employee s but brutally shameful with the peon peanut pay every week. This company allows nepotism go on a daily basis and rewards laziness over the actual ones who care about the job and company values. They praise the ones who show up everyday even though theses individuals don't even do the job correctly due to lack of proper training. Overall in a nutshell it's the blind leading the blind in a raging dumpster fire of epic failing proportion. Prison would be better than this place.

Good place to work, very clean.
|
I enjoyed my time there. It's very clean and all the equipment is newer. They have leadership that was promoted from within so people know what type of help you'll need. Also it's broken down into departments so I feel the company runs well because nobody is overworked. I enjoyed the 12 hour schedule. Pay was fair and benefits were really good.

Rushed training, judgemental
|
Training was very rushed and was pushed to go faster than I could rather than trying to learn and go at my own pace .very uncomfortable. Absolutely no understanding of any issues that may come up. Fire happy .God forbid you have car issue come up like I did .they just assume fire you rather than working with people.

Too much micromanagement in several departments. Management needs to learn to be more personable with full time and temp employees instead of trying to "lead" with an iron fist. No one likes a boss but we love a great leader.

Good benefits, excellent people, consistent layoffs

The people at GOJO are amazing and the benefits are pretty good. The downside is there is no job security whatsoever. Yearly layoffs are the norm. You can never get too comfortable as it’s only a matter of time before your number comes up. Leadership tends to make high level decisions with no understanding of impacts to the business leaving those remaining to just figure it out.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I was with them for 3 years in Navarre campus. I loved the job but loved my fellow employees more. we were like a dysfunctional family n enjoyed working together. Wish they didn't close our campus. It's my first job I will miss for awhile

Could be fast paced n get very stressful but some make it fun

Forklifts all over n noisy but aloud to talk so it went fast

Checking order number to match. Bringing order to line n repacking in different shippers n repallet

Find another company the training is bad and expectations are set to high. They hire felons and criminals as well. Raises are very poor. Supervisors treat their people poorly and demean them in front of others.
