Sometimes that made it the only good thing about going into the office. Employees, especially those on the media production team, were overworked and mainly under-appreciated. It was so hard to stay motivated when it felt like no one knew what was going on. There was no clear plan to make the company successful. Which lead to a huge amount of layoffs. The company definitely attracts smart, talented people that make it worthwhile. The mission has always been to build girls' confidence in STEM and it's important, especially now.
