Great community hospital in a town that has outgrown it.

Great orientation process. Great staff. Awesome care by well trained nurses. Will hire new RN's and the benefits and tuition reimbursement are pretty good. The Dr's are wonderful. I would have stayed but the commute was long. Pay is good to start for new grad. Very clean hospital and friendly staff.

Certain areas are understaffed. Pay raises are not good but hopefully with the Wellspan merger that will get better. Nurses leave after 1-2 years because of better offers. Lunch breaks can be hard to get.

Work on retention, show your staff they are valuable by giving better raises. Use your new Wellspan merger to float in nurses PRN from Wellspan hospitals instead of agency when possible. Make lunch mandatory for the health of your nursing staff.
