Amazing team of coworkers that I always felt supported by. Leadership seems to truly care about students and their success. Everyone knows everyone-- really feels like a tight-knit community and family. Lot of in company hiring-- very easy to move up if you're a good worker. Pay wasn't the best-- not bad, for what I was doing, but would have been difficult to live solely off of, I'd imagine. I love all of the people that I work with. They can be flexible with schedule (sometimes). Pay is awful - full time employee with 5+ years experience with a bachelors degree making 38k. Benefits - the health insurance is poor and not accepted everywhere. PTO - they have months and months and months where you are unable to take off time regardless of the reason. Communication between management is awful. The majority of the people don't know what you do and why you are important.
