Pretty solid place to work

While at Gopuff I have a solid schedule, good pay, and was able to learn and grow. The only issue was there wasn’t enough support for parents. It was difficult working with management if there were school closures or your child was sick.

Working there is pretty easy once you get the hang of it but the hours is terrible and the management is horrible is hardly ever a manager around and they only use you when other people call off instead of giving you your days

Company is ran by people that blow all funds on corporate salaries of individuals that aren’t qualified to be in their positions, but have it due to being related or friends of those who run GoPuff. No room for advancement, pay for drivers and hourly workers have been lowered. Hopefully the company is sold.

Horrible horrible place

Working at the Gopuff warehouse was an overall disappointing experience, marred by toxic management, rampant favoritism, unexpected workloads, and numerous other issues.
First and foremost, the management at the Gopuff warehouse displayed toxic behavior that permeated the work environment. Instead of fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, managers often engaged in micromanagement, belittling employees, and showing blatant favoritism towards certain individuals.
Favoritism ran rampant throughout the warehouse, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment while others were left to fend for themselves. This not only created resentment among coworkers but also undermined morale and team cohesion.
Unexpected workloads were a constant source of frustration and stress. Employees were frequently tasked with handling more responsibilities than initially agreed upon, leading to burnout and a feeling of being overwhelmed. The lack of communication regarding workload expectations only added to the frustration.
Furthermore, the lack of proper training and guidance made it difficult for new employees to perform their duties effectively. Instead of providing adequate support, management seemed more concerned with meeting quotas at the expense of employee development.
The overall lack of transparency and communication from management only exacerbated the existing issues within the warehouse. Important decisions were made without consulting employees, leaving many feeling undervalued and marginalized.
In conclusion, my experience working at the Gopuff warehouse was marked by toxic management, favoritism, unexpected workloads, and a general lack of support from management. These issues not only impacted my job satisfaction but also made it clear that significant improvements are needed to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

scheduled by yourself all the time, even on shipment days. expected to unload large shipments by yourself. no help from managers as they are sent off site to help bigger warehouses. some days there was nothing to do, somedays you didnt have a moment to breathe
