Suggestion and grievance column should be there where the employee can post his concerns and those should be listened carefully . The employee can be somewhere wrong but any type of questioning or asking for advice should not be taken as questioning the supervisor his ability .employee satisfaction is very much lacking . This actually demotivate the employee.
