There are no pros to working at this job except it pays every week. Immature Management. Unqualified Supervisors. Racist Owners of the Company. If you are qualified you will not get far because Management will make sure to keep you overworked and underpaid. There is no organization within the office or the ground operations. Also, Grow Up! Learn to be more mature in dealing with the people you work with as well as the business you claim to manage. Inhumane conditions. They expect you to meet an availability score of 92% of the shift but so many uncontrollable factors counts against you. They only give 10 minutes to drive back to the depot so if you dropped someone off at the Bronx and it takes 30 minutes for you to drive back to Brooklyn, then those 20 minutes counted against you. They give you 10 minute breaks to both DRIVE to a bathroom, do your business and run back to your car. Sometimes you get stuck in some random corner of the city with no bathroom in sight. It will take you about 8 minutes just to find a bathroom and 2 minutes left to walk to the bathroom and then back to the car. They give you a 5 minute grace period to walk to your car and get it ready. Sometimes, the cars don’t even have phone holders. So you have to walk back to the office wasting 3 minutes just to get one. Once you go past that 5 minutes, your availability score is already counting against you. They have these ridiculous bonus scores that you need to meet. They made it impossible on purpose to save on their budget.
