Great culture, management needs to stay true during current growth path
|
I was at this company during the growth they had because of the pandemic. Overall the culture is very inclusive and people here are great people. Unfortunately there isn’t much opportunity for immediate pay on the sales side of things.

Work there a year and then get out!

Definitely not a meritocracy. You can be the hardest, most available, conscientious worker and all the cool tasks, promotions, etc go to those who are most liked by management.
Technical people as tasked to lead and manage and don't have to compenancies or desire. Not really their fault but instead of declining the request they accept the requirements but not the responsibilities. Honestly, they just appeared to prefer coding to managing.
Overall architects were a joke. They asked for input and then ignored it. Once implementation time came around their ideas couldn't be excuted.
Did actually work with some great PMs; although many left or were leaving during the time I was there.
Last but not least, bonuses. Great topic at hiring time. Didn't see a penny in the two years I was there. This is a very old, tired trick.

very strange method of running a company

let's put it that way...there are much better places to work
they run their business on a very low margin of profit.Most employee are working overtime with low salary.Mostly fresh graduated with no experience all mangers are lacking big time on people skill and basically,there is no job scurity. Any one can be fired any time for no plausible reason

the QA manager is very unprofessional,moody and would bring a lot of trouble into the Team
They have no process and their performance review is completely out of any standard in the industriy
a very aggressive unprofessional management and managers have no management and leadership skill

Very unstable and unprofessional environment with very poor management. The manager would often bring problems from home to work. Pay checks were unstable almost every week.
