The perfect job if you just want to coast and not really do much. Paid Maternity Leave but only for corporate employees. Extremely unorganized company. No real leadership and lots of drama/favoritism. You can't trust anyone in HR. They started a Diversity initiative but there were no action items, just fluff because it was the "trendy" thing to do. Everything is very chaotic, things are thrown together last minute and very little is communicated between departments, between management levels, or even between employees. Vacations are taken whenever, with little regard to who will be running things. Underpaid and sometimes long work hours.
