Flexibility in schedule and more paid vacation than most companies.

Since it is a small company and growing there is a lack of structure compared to older, larger companies. Depending on the person, this can create a feeling of instability.
Salary is also lower compared to larger companies.

Unrealistic expectations and no real guidance.
|

They focus on a neat, possibly big technology. Their grandiose view of themselves show that they're interested in their technology, but more importantly (for them) the focus was on money.

- Very little actual leadership
- Communication is a nightmare
- Goalposts for expectations move on a too-frequent basis
- Still trying to push a technology that was never adopted by the #2 smartphone OS provider in the world
- Zero training

Remote management and zero training is always a recipe for disaster. Tempered expectations, and stop preying on college-age kids like some pyramid scheme. The craigslist ads are unfortunately tacky.
