High pressure and dealing with Latin Americas volatile economics and political situations was the norm. Long workdays in my capacity. Learned how to and drove how to maximize the use of computers and software to maximize efficiencies and accuracy in our day to day. Learned to deal with very fluid situations and change management and importance of getting to root cause of a problem thus fixing issues for the long term. Most importantly I learned what I am capable and that you can do whatever you set your mind too. Management number driven organization. Good mentors, very courteous. Most difficult part of job was keeping email management and dealing with situations totally out of your control, but that greatly affect your business. I. e. political change in a country or import restrictions, lack of foreign exchange, etc. The best part of the job is the people and cultures you deal with meet and learn to love.
