There is a really great sense of community there. The pay is low and so are the funding. Majority of the staffers or faculty are people who graduated from Graceland and are working here because they live in Lamoni. Therefore majority of the employees are people who can get the job done but not good at what they do. The insurance is pretty pathetic too.
