The pay is good and the people you will work with in your day to day are wonderful. The product itself is interesting.

I was hired and trained for a couple months (with glowing reviews on how I was progressing) then suddenly laid off, along with my entire team, as part of a 20% mass layoff. The layoffs were so abrupt and heartless. It was unbelievable, I had just finished training! I truly felt treated like I was just an employee number and not an actual human. It's quite clear my team was dropped to increase profits by leadership, they are already rehiring the same roles for cheaper. This was overall such a disheartening experience.
The worst part? I left a good job and even had other job offers and picked Grammarly over everyone based on their reputation. I am not sure how they are so disorganized and lacking in empathy that I even got hired in the first place. The interview process took over 2 months and was exhausting as well! I would be very cautious to trust this company with any job offer.

Do not make talented people jump through hoops to join the company, only to treat those employees as completely disposable. This behaviour was far from ethical and I'm so disappointed in leadership. I really thought this job opportunity was going to be worth the time, energy and dedication that I put into joining the company. It was not.
