Good Benefits and nice co-workers. Some management is the worst with a lack of professional skills and job performance. Employees are underpaid for their job titles as compared with the rest of the industry. Lack of tools for professional development. Employee benefits 2. Great co-workers 3. parking facility 4. Nice area 5. international ambience Lack of management and supervision. Few managers (not all of them) don't act as a team leaders, they don't support and help their team members at all. They expect sales reps to only get/process POs and achieve the region quarterly goals without any support, plan and strategy from their side and zero marketing support from the company to implement new product positioning and awareness campaigns in the regions. Great staff of engineers and developers with tons of solutions to offer. Amazing management team that provides full support to its' staff with resources and tools needed to maximize productivity. Amazing pay structure for all new employees with added compensation including yearly raises and bonuses.
