Not worth it.

You should avoid this place this is one of those places to avoid at all costs I would only consider working here if you really need the job until you can find another not the type of job to consider for a career the culture here is extremely bias towards 1 ethnicity. The pay is ridiculous and increases are based on letter grades. management is a total joke the micro manage you expect you to do way more numbers then you should and even when you hit them they're never satisfied their higher UPS are even more clueless to what's going on and they are extremely critical if you don't meet their views on what a person should be also at times it felt like most management were coming high on drugs to work.

Fast-paced environment with many growing pains
|
Coworkers are great, small office with a family feel. Great benefits such as retirement and healthcare. Pay is mediocre based on market average, and much of the VP/Executive team micromanages to the point of stifling inefficiency. The company is also incredibly cheap, which doesn't help with growth, development or advancement.

This place is ok. cool co-workers. the projects are challenging. but work/life balance is not good. most people over there work from 10 -730 ish.

Good atmosphere

Simple assembly line work. We were able to talk and listen to music as we worked. We were paid for overtime because we had to finish the work by a deadline. The job was only short term.
