Full transparency, self management, flexibility are all great assets, especially as they manage to foster an incredible community of hard working, collaborative and stimulating individuals. To paraphrase a well know GT phrase, 'Come for the Perks, stay for the people'. This is a great place to work for individuals who want to learn the ropes of a business, understand their value and gain an insight into how an organisation work, as well as individuals at a later stage in their career who are keen to have an impact and make a difference in an organisation, without dealing with micro managers. 1. Self-management and the GT environment isn't for everybody. If you really need a challenge and are motivated by others, it may be too chilled. 2. Genuinely talented staff in some roles. A lot of gaslighting and bullying from some in positions of power A very cliquey and siloed place to work.
