Nice work culture, trust worthy team, good COO. I felt there was a bit of work pressure but since a joined another agency i feel i have made the biggest blunder by leaving this place. HR please allow me to come back. Work culture and Fun environment irrespective work from home or in office. Good HR policies. Could walkin to COO's room at any time. She helps you learn.

Nothing, coz working here and giving time and attention thinking that you end up learning something, you keep getting humiliated with sexiest remarks all the early joiners behave like that their organisation and not let the jr. to grow and learn and if you want to give any advice they take it as an insult, as you are only allowed to do what they commend not what you think. no salary on time, finance team never have a valid answer for delayed invoices + expenses and sometimes salaries too.

Good for people who do not value their mental peace, who are fine with all sorts of harassments, who propagate misogyny, sexism, who are fine seeing their personal world collapse while the management justifies unreasonable expectations, normalizing it using words like, "Hard work", "Are you a loser who would give up?", "Are you a victim or a survivor?". Trust me, there should be nothing more important to you than your physical health, mental well-being, your family's health. Management in Grapes is continuously brewing a culture that would start making you act otherwise.

There are plenty, especially when mental health as become all the more openly discussed topics in the world:
1. They lie on your face. The COO of the company would keep on encouraging you till a week before the increment process, stating openly that your performance deserves great rewards. On the day of the increment discussion, she would not recall any such discussion.
2. If your family member has met a demise, expect the replies like, "Why do people have to die during such important campaigns!"
3. They lie to all their client. They assign junior resources on the highest-paying accounts, make the resources alter the information on their respective Linkedin profiles to fool the clients, and would present those junior employees as seniors in front of the client. When the performance suffers (which obviously would), they would make life miserable for the entire team.
4. The mentality cultivated in the organization is very narrow. Obviously, money cannot buy you class or mannerism. They mentally harass employees by not providing them with leaves, increments. I have personally seen the COO screaming at people using sexist abuses. This is how they treat everyone starting from the janitors working in the organization to the employees. The place is full of toxicity, casual sexism and the irony is that the COO herself is a part of POSH committee.

Biased management for starters, unfair practices towards clients, the only intent of the company is to fool the clients and the employees. ZERO work-life balance.
Well, if you know how to massage the ego of your bosses, then Grapes/Kippis is your place. However, if you are committed to work and want to step up the ladder without catering to the whims and fancies of the management, then be prepared to struggle and face the worst nightmares.
Ask for leaves and you'll know what I mean.
Even if you are dying or someone has died in your family, these so-called professionals are concerned about if you've finished your 9 hours at work.
The management is absolutely biased. Apart from 3-4 favorites, the management will never consider you or your work worthy enough to be appreciated.
