Brutal Hours Due to Terrible Time Management

This agency gives value to each account. They were dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. I wish they showed the same care for employees.

Everyone was supposed to work brutal and exhausting hours here due to the poor time management of projects. Upper management was to blame for the mismanagement of projects, as they set bar too high. Employees were super stressed due to the awful schedules and often had the worst work-life balance.

The management never provided any training or guidance to the employees, so I have no idea if the managers here are even capable and knowledgeable enough to lead the employees in this industry. Employees are simply dispensable in the eyes of the management.

Top Management Avoided Responsibilities

The agency had many accounts to take care of. The probability is low that you will ever get bored here.

The leadership is doing a poor job. There were no new clients for a while as the management avoided the issue. They just wanted employees to work brutal, exhausting, and stressful hours on existing accounts. My learning stopped after a while, and that's the key reason I quit.

Nothing notable, loved working here. One thing to note, while services are diversified as a full-service agency the scoped engagements are not as diversified. The leadership team does actively seek opportunities to expand services so I'm sure this will change in the future.

There are some talents and you can learn from some people, if they are willing to take the time.
|
CEO is clueless/doesn't care about their employees. They do not train or onboard employees. They do not properly pay employees for their hard work. They do not do anything for their employees besides stress them out and pay them minimum wage. Good employees who work hard are being punished because the company has stopped viewing people as individuals and now treats everyone as a cog in a machine.

Business ever owning or running an agency. I would encourage you to read through all these comments and see the obvious trend many other here’s have outlined. Stay far away from this place, and save yourself the headache in getting involved in this woman’s nightmare she created. You will also be harassed by vendors all the time as the company seems to pay their bills extremely late and makes working as a media planner very awkward when you are just trying to do your job and keep getting your campaigns threatened be shut down constantly.
