Fine for a temporary job.

The pay is decent. They offer “flex time”, but good luck taking it. Benefits are adequate.

Direct management is a joke. Managers gossip about employees. Processes are a mess. Hard to take paid time off because of of the small team members. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They talk a big game about the environment and balance, did not see any of that.
Hired as a GSC Engineer in the fall. Expect high workloads with little praise. High turn over rate. Poor training. Feels like you are just a commodity. They make it clear that you can easily be replaced. They don’t respect time off. Calls all hours of the day and night. Multiple engineers I spoke with were burning out.

its a 3 way fight for who's running the show - Deliveron/ Green House or ?; fighting between former owners and personalities -- never know when you'll get that tap on the shoulder and be led outside. One day youre the golden child - next day youre looking for a job w/ no notice or reason -- dont trust youre future here.

Never in my lifetime have I worked for a company that cares more about its employees and clients. Green House Data has great communication between management and its employees. I always feel heard. I always feel that I am a part of this company and making a difference despite being in an entry-level position. Green House Data rewards dedicated hard-working employees. It is a family. Every single person at Green House Data cares about the work they are doing and their coworkers.

The only con that I can think of is the medical plan. However, it is still decent and Green House Data works hard to help their employees with work/life balance by offering flex PTO.
