- An okay start to step into software development / engineering if you graduated with a computer science degree seeking an entry level position or want a career change. - Team manager who truly cares for our well-being and encourages us to take time off whenever we experience major burnout, feel under the weather, et cetera. - Company lunches once every week.

- High turnover rate. - Underpaid and overworked. - Work culture can be stressful and mentally draining as there’s always crunch time and micromanagement where every IT issue reported needs to be done extremely fast. - Getting promoted to a desired position is extremely difficult after gaining enough business knowledge and experience.

The only pro was the ability to work from home, but they've since taken away that option full time and bully you if you do not go to the office often.
|
They don't actually train you, and then throw you on important client calls alone and then discipline you don't know what you're doing. Management says "it's on you to create your own success" - i.e. they won't take the time to help anyone.
