They were understandable about needing time off . Gave good raises if you put forth the effort and trained you well before turning you loose. Laid back environment making it easy to talk to anyone if you had questions.

Had affordable insurance and was good about giving raises.

The direction the company is heading with their technician training program is outstanding and the pipeline it attributes to. I believe it would be beneficial if only other sites had this type of model or incentive to other technicians.
There should be a managers/supervisors training course via online or at by corporate.
Work/Life balance can be hard at times, but I believe this could be resolved in the manager/supervisor training course.

Pay was decent at the time. Waste water truck stunk.

Clock in at 6am.
Learned how to drive a skid steer.
Management was only seen once or 2 times a month.
Employees got along joked and made the best of the job.
Loading the bailor machine at times due to the material.
Holiday pay.

This is a very customer centered company where the customer is other companies. They take the quote, "Say yes, then figure it out later," a little too seriously and then sometimes forget to come back to the figure it out part.

Easy work, Poor management

Although this company pays very well and invites employees to all manner of activities, the company itself is very loosely held together and no one knows what is going on at any given time until the clock is running short. Very chaotic and unorganized.
The work is very easy outside some basic arithmetic and forklift operation.

My experience was GW did anything to try and please the customer even if it meant not being completely truthful. I do agree with some that most of the management on the job was there because of being there at the right time at the right place.
