Horrible management there was zero communication and certain rules applied to certain employees. They are very rude managers and try to show their power the job over all is fine just a very toxic work environment.

A great place to work!

Family-owned, but with job security, advancement, and benefits of a larger company. Some negative reviews here seem like “sour grapes” from former employees who had low expectations of themselves. From everything I saw, the company treats everyone fairly and consistently, but yeah, they expect a fair day’s work. Bottom line - if you work hard and produce, you’re rewarded. By the way, employees who do get a free apartment as part of their pay do not have that taken out of their check as one person incorrectly writes. They get their paycheck and in addition live in the apartment for free. And it’s not taxed at all, which is fantastic!

there all family members who arent honest . its all drama . an they have yet to fire a stalker who still worls for one of there properties. mold infested an they make tenants sit in it ! while they have there in house a/c guy fix it .

The company never pays you for over time the more you work the less you make you're better off working at McDonald's, you make about the same pay and any overtime you work you will get paid for. The management overlooks drug usage and lets their employees slack off without discipline. They try to fix problems by gathering in what seems like an AA meeting and everybody discusses their issues amongst everybody which leads everyone to hate one another. They try to lure you in by offering what they say is a free apartment but realistically comes out of your paycheck and then you can't even take out taxes on something you're paying for.

no room for adavancement, no training , overall just somehwere to get started

management structure isn't the best. no room for growth or advancement. no training . I stayed late nights to 7 and as late as 9 teaching myself off the clock. I've been told I needed to do it in my own time. I missed time with my family just so I could be passed up when the opportunity for advancement came around by someone with 0 experience and from outside the company. what's even worse is I've shown I have every ability to take on the responsibilities of the next position up when I have to take that spot temporary for a week to 2 weeks at a time.

Enjoyed the job.

Was a great place to work until they changed management. Since I left all management has been replaced again. Overall I loved the job and the challenges. After I started the job I moved and the commute was just to long.
