Groupware was a great place to work at! The finance team is patient and accepting of varying experience levels, and they took a lot of time to train me and answer any questions I had. The leadership team is also very transparent and value their employees. When it became clear that the virus was here to stay and that it would no longer be safe to work in person, everyone was sent home to work remotely. Groupware also has great benefits that begin on day one. The culture is admirable - team lunches and events/celebrations were frequent when in the office (which have now been adapted into virtual team lunches). More importantly, every department is friendly and it is easy to interact with everyone.

Groupware and the team are solid, the leadership team is accessible and transparent. You will find extremely smart technical teams who are invested in supporting customer goals and challenges. Good values and culture are actually honored and practiced at GW. The leadership team provided more than just vision and direction, they provided valuable mentor ship during my employment and beyond, Ops and Sales leadership teams in particular, but especially the Sr. Director Finance who quietly mentors many throughout all levels of the organization. The work ethic of the teams in the org is contagious. The passion that the GW team has in support of their customer and their partners to always go "above and beyond" is inspiring. There are no boundaries to what GW can architect or deliver. I have seen the impossible made possible many times during my tenure there. Thank you for the opportunity to be apart of this great team!

This is one of the best teams to work with as a sales person. I cant say enough about their hard work and timely replies. I have worked at a few companies and as a sales person you work close with the finance team. I will tell you this is one of the best. I will also say they are very approachable and group that knows how to have fun together,

As someone who has worked for Silicon Valley businesses for most of my career from startups to legacy companies, I can say that Groupware is among the best. I find it hilarious that some recent negative reviews here are from disgruntled employees who have no sense of accountability or self-awareness of their own toxicity and divisiveness to our One Team concept and can't look inward at themselves as the reason for why they are no longer employed here.
Indeed, one of the pros of this company is a very distinct culture of working hard and playing hard. Work hard and you will be rewarded and reap the benefits and perks that come with a Silicon Valley employer and you will also get to play hard and have fun at internal and external events. Don't come in here with a sense of entitlement and expect a handout, if you don't want to work for it. The ones who come in with the entitlement mentality eventually manifest themselves as "un-teamlike" in their bad attitudes and behavior. I have seen the executive team be far less diva-ish than some of the erstwhile employees that have passed through here.
The culture is great, team members from engineers to the executive team are all super supportive and we work with great top-tier partners who are among the most disruptive innovators in their categories. The work-life balance is reasonable (again, working hard is the expectation.)
I would recommend this company to anyone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard to achieve company goals. Drama queens, gossip mongers and malcontents will find themselves not conducive to the ambitious goals of this company as well as not productive to make a contribution to this company and its culture.

Groupware is a small company that does big-company level work and business. Tremendous opportunities here for those who work hard. Put in the work and work hard and produce and you will be rewarded for it. Lots of potential for moving up and around. Regular all-staff meetings provide a lot of transparency into overall goals and strategy.

As with any company that is growing fast, there are the little growing pains here and there. W will probably outgrow this Physical location again in the next few years..
