Great culture, great people at the core of this company, very good benefits, they invest in people who care, compensation is awesome for a market like Columbus, Ohio.

Big agency syndrome. Still not as bad as other agencies I've worked at though. Some people are too comfortable with doing just enough to get by while others work 10 times harder to compensate. Not terribly uncommon. It's a pretty forgiving place. If you show up with any passion about what you are doing, you will like the way you are treated.

Very busy work environment and cool products

Too much politics, discrimination, and self-centered leadership. Unless you was favored, no mattered how hard you worked you will not get a promotion. Some of the VP creative directors exhibited no sense of empathy and will only judge you on what other people felt about you. As for diversity you will not see much Minorities in leadership. There were times when employees quietly showed there resentment towards African Americans by saying unsettling comments or setting up that individual to fail.
