Work place is clean and team is amazing and supportive. My current position has no growth without further education. Managers are great now, and they do engage in growth activities. Job can be repetitive and projects are scattered.

This organization was flexible and was a nice place to work. there were many accommodations provided to staff, provided meals and snack. A typical day was very busy always something todo which made the day go by quickly.

Guardant is a great company, however, huge employee turnover rates. My department has had so many new people within the last year, and some of my fellow employees got laid off which makes it scary.

Great Job
|
Wonderful company specializing in cancer genetics research and development. They specifically did blood tests that would otherwise require surgery in the past. They offered to pay for college classes etc. Might have changed as old boss is no longer employed with the company. They have continued to grow and their offices are very nice. Free lunch included daily.
Awesome company with very intelligent people all around you. Doctors and scientists that know how to have a laugh!

The mangers are clueless. This place is a waste of precious time. There is lots of turnover for a reason. Don’t waste your time. I was lied to by HR so be aware of HR she will tell you anything to get people to come onboard.

Underpaid, under appreciated, zero room for growth, horrific hours. This place brain washes you to think you don't deserve to make a living-wage because the company can't afford it, but it's total bs. Don't let this place fool you, they don't invest in their people, upper management is in it's own bubble and thinks way too highly of only themselves. Steer clear.
