I always seemed to get plenty of work, and if it was slow they would provide opportunities to help the installers. They provided most of expensive tools of the trade. The on-call rotation was fair and I was even compensated for having to be on call. The pay was good with opportunities to earn commissions. My favorite part was the profit sharing bonus. Best bonus of my career! | Not a whole lot of room for growth. The company does not implement change very well.
