GutCheck is an amazing company to work for. The executive team is made up of very talented individuals, with a clear vision for success, who truly care about the people that work for them. The CEO ensures that the company lives out our mission of being an empathic leader in the market research place both internally and externally.
The company has introduced 5 new products to market in the past 1 - 1.5 years and continues to be an innovative leader in the space. Working at GutCheck is dynamic - no day is the same, and you'll always be learning and growing. One of my favorite parts about working at this organization is that if you have an idea and share it, you're very likely to get the green light (and resources!) to make it come to life.
The truly amazing thing about GutCheck, though, are the people that make up the organization. GutCheck is full of bright, inspiring, and motivated people who are committed to working together to support each other and our clients.

I think this is a con for nearly every company right now, but the remote environment has meant that there is slightly less collaboration across different teams, specifically at the individual contributor level. It would be great if there were more cross-functional projects for people to work on so they can get more exposure and have a wider-spread impact across the organization.

Excited About the Future

Company culture is such a huge aspect of what I need to be happy in a position and the people and culture at GutCheck could not be better. It is so refreshing to work with people who are genuinely nice and care about not only helping you with professional goals but just care about you as a person.
I like how open and honest the executive team is with everyone and they have already done so much in creating an exciting path forward for the team that I am excited to be apart of.
