If, in addition, you like sports, gymforless suits you perfectly. In my case, as a software developer I want to point out how good the working routines are at GFL. Your day isn't going to be filled up with irrelevant meetings and we used to have just one weekly meeting where each one of us explained the work done, future objectives, and suggestions. Product is developed in a clean way and you get the time to perfection it, without rushing through unmeetable deadlines. As a junior developer I was also grateful to get support from my senior developers, who where always eager to give me a hand and took the time to review my work and helped me improve it. You won't be buried in money since it is a startup. You're always feel like you're someone important for the company. You're treated as person (as it should always be, right?). They trust you and respect you if you do the same. That's the most healthy way to work, IMHO. From a software dev point of view, I like that we're using different technologies (web, backend, mobile, etc) and I can choose the parts I prefer to work on, whenever possible. Also, if you feel like working or knowing more about other areas of the company, they're more than happy to let you grow. And, last but not least, you get a free GymForLess membership.
