The authorization department should be fully staffed and have copious amounts of resources available. Customer service department should be expanded with individuals specializing in specific products/ equipment.

Very ethical company that takes care of employees. You get great satisfaction from helping customers with some fairly complex needs. Pay is good and there are several employee appreciation events. Anybody is free to offer up ideas that will actually be considered by upper management so voices are actually heard!

The job can be a little bit stressful at times with the wide variety of services offered but that just comes with the industry.
