Owners are selfish and unempathetic. The type of people who do not understand that people have lives outside of work. They produce very little actual work for clients but charge exorbitant prices and just talk in circles when questioned about deliverables . Clients usually don’t want to come off as uneducated so they don’t speak up.

Great agency that stays nimble and enables everybody to be a true part of the product teams and ultimately be a part of the change and innovation for the clients.
I've witnessed the growth and the increase in maturity of the agency throughout the past few years. It directly reflects in the work the company does and types of clients it can get. It's great to see Fortune 100/500 companies trust Handsome, and it's great to be part of the teams that work on those projects.
The approach to creating digital experiences and products is different and is way more comprehensive and cohesive that most other agencies or even product companies.
Throughout my time at Handsome, I've had a chance to be on a variety of different projects, working on products of different nature and scale. I've worked with pretty much all designers and developers on the team, and those are some of the most talented people I've ever had a chance to work with.

Handsome may not be for people who constantly need to be micromanaged. People with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset and with a sense of accountability really thrive. But it may not work that well for those who are entry-level and need handholding.
