Working here is a joke. I’ve worked here for 3 years and seen the place go down the drain. Everyone has the same job description and job title, but you don’t do the same thing. There is no standard process for anything there. Asking help from management is a waste of time because they’ve never done the work. They have such a high turnover it’s ridiculous. Only reason I stayed was because of the amazing coworkers I had.

This should be a warning to stay away from Hanson/Hobart. 1) In 6 months, the have fired two qualified Managers. 2) a number of supervisors have resigned. 3) the warehouse has formed a union. 4) carriers complaining about detention has sky rocketed. Threats to stay late and work weekends is very real!!!
