L'environnement est chaleureux, convivial et encourage au développement de ses compétences. Il règne une vraie convivialité et bienveillance dans les équipes. Il y'a une réelle volonté de se concentrer sur la qualité et l'innovation du produit. Cette orientation apporte de la cohérence et du sens dans les différentes missions. En résumé je dirais que c'est un endroit idéal pour apprendre, se développer professionnellement et s'épanouir.
