Great if you have big ideas and are willing to push hard to make them happen

On the whole, a very open work ethos that encourages you to really make the role your own. If you are driven, inspired and able to push your agenda then you will have a great time here and will be able to develop your ideas and work style. Staff are all very excitable by new ideas and new ways to work. The culture is a bit DIY, but on the whole, everyone is outgoing and friendly. and after two years working at Happy Finish, I felt like I was working with family, rather than just co-workers (and all the pros and cons that comes with that!)

Management style is too laissez-faire and can be unorganised. You really have to push yourself to work up in the company and sometimes it feels like whoever shouts the loudest benefits the most. The physical environment can feel a bit messy at times. The biggest con is that there is no designated HR which can lead to unpleasant and/or unresolved situations, with no systems in place to look after employee welfare or wellbeing.

- Get to try out the latest tech eg Oculus Quest, Bose Frames, Magic Leap etc - sometimes before its even hit the market
- Heavy emphasis on R&D and experimental projects
- Fun and friendly atmosphere and a sociable communal area means everyone gets to know everyone in a short amount of time
- Office dogs make an appearance every now and then!!
