Sales experience. Good benefits after about 60 days. 1-hour lunch breaks and two, 15-minute breaks every shift. Nice break room and snacks are available with a small donation to coworker jar. Mature and knowledgeable staff always willing to help each other. Sales Associates become extremely well-versed with product and industry knowledge.

Location, availability of parking for employees is low, and very strict time clock management policies.

- Management has no idea how to run a compassionate dispensary, it is profit driven
- The quality of the product has slowly tapered over time
- Patient details are stored in a cloud-based (non super encrypted) system which could potentially be hacked
- They act as if the market is not saturated with other options

+ they do offer limited benefits after 90 days
+ the 40% discount on all products, baby!!!
|
- very hard to grow as it is a "family business" and they promote their own
- management is not experienced, and poorly trained
- much micro management, and without a purpose
- ridiculous employee regulations, especially for a dispensary
- they subjected their employees to be part of a reality television show, and put a lot of pressure on them to participate, or even agree to be filmed
