There is very much a hierarchy where the middle men will try to stifle you in their efforts to align with upper management so as the admin, you will always be low man on the totem pole. It’s toxic to say the least.

Needs improvement. Did not have a good experience. Upper management was hostile and unpleasant. Benefits were not great and salary is very low. Promotions are hard to get.
