Lot's of flexibility. I've been here for a while now and the #1 thing I can say about it is that compared to a lot of the other agencies and internal recruitment positions, we have a fantastic work life balance. Sure, things are stressful at times but that is recruitment for you no matter where you go. Tons of really good initiatives that allow for you to grow personally and professionally as well as financially ;)

Lots of changes happen across the organization. The US offices operate like a subsidiary of the main UK branch and so we have to answer to the shots they call. This has resulted in a very unpredictable 2020 but we managed to get through!

The more junior consultant were lovely

HN group decided to make redundancies and make some of the roles obsolete, mine included. After going through a consultation period they asked us to make suggestions on where else we could be placed in the business. All suggestions made were dismissed as they were not feasible... we were all made redundant. a few months down the line management within the organisation are hiring for the role I suggested for myself which would allow me and them to utilise my skills and educational background. It was clear they had no intentions of keeping us on or finding alternate places for us within the business and this is proven by the current role they are hiring for.
