A typical day starts early and continues to be very productive due to tight time lines. I must say, with custom builds there is always a new program or skill to learn. Following up with the team throughout the shift making sure everything is going as planned and solving the issue that comes up. We do treat each other with respect so it feels like one big family. I saw at least $800 every two weeks on a regular schedule also our breaks was fair two 10 minutes breaks and 30 minutes lunch break but the labor was hard. We worked in pretty hot conditions. I never sweated as much on a job as this one. The staff is pretty cool but don’t get comfortable ! I worked many different departments to become a master craftsmen one of only eleven in fifteen hundred personnel. Work life was hard, messy and unhealthy. The benefits were limited and had very poor management. The work was hard with no leadership to guide its work force None Leadership below average.
